Venues

  • Gorgeous Wedding Shed with high ceilings and hundreds of festoon lights and lanterns strung from surrounding trees

  • Adjacent to the main house (Kookaburra Hideaway) & The Marrying Tree

  • An impressive floor space  for up to 120 persons, with 6 different zones,  including chill bar, "beer garden", ecclectic outdoor seating area, "The Marrying Tree" and our fabulous Wedding  after party area with dance floor.

  • Also, The Woodcutter's Shed, ideal for Elopements and smaller weddings... 

  • Additional onsite accommodation available at The Wallaby Lodges for guests and bridal party.

Wedding and Event Coordination - Martine Peters

 

Martine has been a been a hospitality professional for over 25 years, including weddings and events, fine dining and her own speciality coffee shop and food venue.

 

Her  passion, paired with extensive knowledge and experience with weddings and events always calls.

 

What she loves most about weddings and events, is being responsible for the creation, and then the execution of the perfect day/night/s for couples and guests.

She looks forward to helping bring vision and ease to your special day or event.

Venue Manager Andrew Grubb

Venue and Event Manager Andrew Grubb has had over 20 years experience in hospitality, event and venue management.  With a background in 5 star international resorts and venues in Australia and overseas and an impressive knowledge of food and beverages.

 

Rather than working in large hotel complexes Andrew is now dedicated to providing a fabulous country wedding experience in the Hunter Valley and surrounding areas.
